Hyva presents latest solutions at Bauma 2019

In its 40th anniversary year, Hyva is proud to present a selection of its latest products at Bauma in Munich, Germany, from 8-14 April 2019. Visitors to the show will be able to experience many of the company’s latest innovations, including Hyva’s new generation truck-mounted cranes and the Kennis e-Power crane. This year, Hyva will have both indoor (Hall B4, stand 348) and outdoor stands (FN 721/5).

The latest product family that has been added to the Edge line is the 60tm range. All new cranes feature many innovations, including the Dynamic Load Diagram, which provides advance verification of crane lifting capacity based on truck stability, and the Magic Touch, which allows automatic folding and unfolding to transport and working positions. Both features improve driver attention and can save time and increase productivity.

The new HC235e and HC131K cranes will be on display on our indoor stand. Our outdoor stand features the completely new HC661C, HC91X, HB160, HT240, HC243, HA14 and the brand new Kennis e-Power crane. Read more.

The new Kennis e-Power cranes recognise customer demand for electrically operated vehicles and are responding to increasingly strict environmental regulation on diesel exhaust emissions and noise pollution. On Kennis e-Power rolloader cranes, the electric engine unit is comprised of a battery pack, an electric motor, and a smart electronic control system which optimises power supply and allows the batteries to be re-charged while the vehicle is in motion. This electric system means that the crane can be operated when the truck engine is switched off. Electric power, rather than conventional diesel power, offers considerable additional benefits including improved energy efficiency and lower environmental impact – no exhaust fume emissions and lower noise levels. It also provides a much healthier working environment for crane operators as they no longer need to work with the noise and exhaust fumes from a diesel engine.

The Kennis e-Power crane will be on display on our outdoor stand. Read more.

Among Hyva’s established product ranges that will be on show is the company’s Titan range of skiploaders and hookloaders. The re-engineered Titan skiploaders have been enhanced with new remote controls, weighing systems and cranked lifting arms. They also feature powder coating of all steel parts in the production line to improve impact and corrosion resistance, boltable subframes for easier and quicker mounting on the chassis, and, hydraulic locking and sheeting systems for container and load security. Together, these innovative features deliver significant benefits to the skip industry in terms of efficiency, productivity, safety and environmental care.

The new Titan Skiploader will be on display on both our indoor and outdoor stand. Read more.

The Titan Hookloader (T20 47 SK with boltable accessories) is featured on our indoor stand. Read more.
