The Hyva Floor moving floor system is a multifunctional operating unloading and loading system with which you can transport very different products fast and efficiently horizontally, without having to tip.

This transport system is extremely suitable for unloading different bulk products that are normally loaded from the top and are safely unloaded horizontally through the rear side.

Also used to load and unload packaged products such as pallets, paper rolls, etc.

The Hyva Floor 'moving floor' System is a multi-functional, horizontal loading and unloading system for the fast and efficient transport of almost any product.

How it works

The Hyva Floor moving floor transport system is based on the friction principle between the floor and load.

The loading and unloading floor on which the product is positioned consists of loose profiles that are positioned in parallel next to each other that are subdivided into three groups.

The floor can move as a whole in one direction and the load will shift with it; or every group moves individually and the load remains in place.

There is no other floor under the loading and unloading floor. The moving floor's drive unit is installed here for moving the floor sections.

The flexible Hyva Floor makes it possible to transport bulk material, pallets, agricultural products or general cargo. In modern transport, efficiency and flexibility are two important factors.

Easy control options

The modular construction of the Hyva Floor System makes various control options possible and retrofittable.

Our system can be controlled with a manual handle on the valve block, with a control module on the trailer, or using an optional remote control.

Very low deadweight, absolutely the lightest system in its class.

A maximum cargo volume because of the extremely compact design that has integrated crossbeams. This means that the system can be used in any trailer and lorry type including driven semitrailers with twinned wheels.
The system is supplied at the exact height of all common crossbeams and therefore it can be positioned immediately on the chassis without having to use spacers.
The hydraulic system is also suitable for using with basically all types of organic and food grade hydraulic oils as well as mineral oils.
The system can be driven on with basically any type of forklift truck because of the solid construction and integrated frame base support.
The system is low maintenance and there is full hydraulic control of the system.
