Hyva launches the New Titan Skiploader
Strength, durability and innovation. Hyva introduces its all-new, re-engineered skiploaders with new remote controls, weighing systems and cranked lifting arms.
The new range of telescopic Titan skiploaders are available with lifting capacities of 12, 14 and 16 tonnes, for vehicles of 16-22, 18-26 and 26-32 tonnes GVW respectively. Re-engineered from the base up, the new Titan skiploaders reduce costs and increase efficiency by cutting installation times with the new QIK fully boltable mounting kits; accommodating higher payloads by virtue of their high strength, low weight steel floors; speeding operations with Extra Extension Speed (EES) turbo lift; and, reducing the number of trips by loading multiple containers.
And, lifetime value is increased through high quality factory finishing with anti-corrosion painting, low maintenance requirements and ease of service and repairs – all underpinned by Hyva’s reputation for quality, safety and reliability. A range of optional, bolt-on accessories includes ladders, toolboxes, guards and fenders, tail light protectors and cab guards. The functionality and safe performance of Hyva’s skiploaders are further enhanced with new design lifting arms, intuitive radio remote controls and inbuilt weighing systems.
In addition to powerful XL fixed lift arms and stronger, longer TAXL telescopic arms, the new TAZ cranked arms give the Titan skiploader the highest lifting capacity and longest telescopic reach in the market. The Cranked Lifting Arms improve the handling of skips in restricted spaces. The cranked design with a specially designed curve makes lifting over obstacles, fences or hedges very easy even with slight misalignment between truck and skip.
Safe operating is further enhanced with Titan Radio Remote (TRR) which gives the operator a safer, unrestricted view of the work environment. Potential hazards can easily be avoided, and the placing of skips can now be much more accurate. An emergency stop on the remote further enhances safe operation.
TRR capability is further extended with the Titan Weighing System (TWS) which weighs the container and automatically shows the result in the display of the radio remote control of the skiploader. The typical accuracy is ≤1% of measured weight. Indication is per 100 kg. No extra weight is added to the system and no separate displays are necessary as the weighing system is integrated in the TRR.
These latest enhancements continue to advance the capability and performance of Hyva’s Titan skiploaders.
