Hyva HT-1220-TNK tipping valves, which is designed to be used with oil flows up to 220 litres per minute, is the optimal choice for systems working with bigger tipping cylinders or with heavy duty applications where high flow/speed is one of the key requirements. The TNK version can be mounted on the oil tank, using the mounting kit supplied with the valve, and is most popular for semitrailer-tractor tippers, but also in many other applications where the valve is not mounted on the cylinder. Hyva oil tanks are compatible with this type of connection. The working pressure range is from 110 to 350 bar, with the maximum working pressure set by Hyva's fixed value cartridge. The pressure cartridges used in this valve are fully interchangeable with other HT series valves. The hydraulic connections are G 1” to enhance high oil flow capability. The valve is also equipped with a G ¼” connection port for a pressure sensor and the pneumatic control port will connect with 6mm pneumatic hoses.
