Hyva aims to provide a response within 24hrs after a support request from a customer is received and aims to take the appropriate action within 48hrs and ensure critical part availability within 48hrs.
To achieve this Hyva Group has build an international sales and after-sales-service network of own subsidiaries, service partners and dealers who have the capability to provide the best transport solutions and provide world class after sales service through “HyvaCare” approved service -workshops.

Hyva approved service partners and dealers have received excellent training on Hyva products and have access to the most advanced information. They have knowledge and experience to advice you on choosing the appropriate equipment and are equipped to install and service the equipment. In addition, advice on operating the equipment is part of the HyvaCare package.
