Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, 15 June 2012. Hyva, a leading global provider of transport solutions for the commercial vehicle and environmental service industries, announces a new Hyva subsidiary in Indonesia.
Hyva has acquired the fixed and current assets of Transkwip – PT Galang Kreasi Pusaka Jaya and from Monday 18 June this will become PT Hyva Indonesia.
Transkwip is currently a dealer and distributor of Hyva products (from Hyva International) and provides after-sales support and service. Customers are predominantly truck and trailer bodybuilders serving the Indonesian mining, oil, transport and agricultural industries. In the coming months, sales will be transferred from Hyva International to Hyva Indonesia.

Egbert van Hoek will be the new managing director of PT Hyva Indonesia. Previously, he was manager of after-sales for Hyva Holding BV, based in Alphen aan den Rijn in the Netherlands.
