After its absence from the calendar in 2009 due to the recession, BedrijfsautoRAI (formerly known as The European Road Transport Show, TERTS), the international platform of reference for the European truck and road transport industry is back.
Hyva will be presenting four completely new innovations:
• a new way of unloading asphalt
• a newly developed HMF crane
• a new hook loader mounting system
• a new stabilizing system for Kennis cranes
Hyva will also be presenting its top quality range of hydraulic cylinders, including the world’s strongest hydraulic telescopic cylinders and a range of complementary products.
Hyvalift – Hook Loaders
Hyvalift is displaying a new 22 ton hook loader which has been developed to address the market demand for reduced system weight, increased operating speed and decreased mounting hours.
Hyvalift – Skip Loaders
Hyvalift is also displaying a 14 ton telescopic skip loader (NG2014TAXL) with a Hyvalift automatic hydraulic sheeting system. The NG2014 XL has telescopic arms with a reach of 1450 mm and represents the best specification currently available in the market.
Hyva – Cylinders, Oil tanks and Cover systems
Hyva, the number one global supplier of front end cylinders, is displaying a new, totally redesigned range of high pressure, front end cylinders. Another new product line is the UMB range to complement the classic KRM and KRA cylinders for under body tippers. Double and single acting cylinders will also be on display.
Hyva is displaying a comprehensive range of oil and combined oil/fuel tanks including the new, innovative side-mounted oil tank range. The effective volume has been increased resulting in a smaller mounting area requirement to achieve the same working volume.
HyvaCrane
HyvaCrane is displaying two of its top crane models, the HA33X E2 ETR with powerpack, and, the HC181X E3 with oil cooler, two extra functions and central lubrication.
KENNIS – Rolloader Cranes
KENNIS is displaying the type R 40/120-4 rolloader crane, a unique and innovative compact solution which incorporates fully automatic stabilizer legs. This 40Tm rolloader is equipped with a 3-cylinder engine. The crane has a maximum reach of 12 m and has a lifting capacity of 3,100 kg.
KENNIS is also displaying the type R-24/87-4 rolloader crane. This crane is equipped with a completely new stabilizing system. The crane has a minimum reach of 3.5 m and a lifting capacity of 6800 kg and at a maximum reach of 8.7 m has a lifting capacity of 2,600 kg. This crane is equipped with the new load-dependent KSS02 system monitoring and ensuring stability.
HMF – Fixed Cranes
HMF is displaying a variety of cranes. The HMF 340-K is a compact knuckle boom crane with an excellent power-to-weight ratio. It is highly manoeuverable, has a long reach and a high lifting capacity. The HMF 1030-K has single Power Plus link arm system, HDL-d speed adaptation system and RC-d proportional control valve with SC2 radio remote control for a very fast and precise handling. It is suitable for fixed or variable flow pump and has up to 5 hydraulic extensions. The HMF 1643-Z is a strong grab crane in loading group B3. It is foldable with grab and rotator, has single or dual circuit hydraulics and has a stand-up platform with manual operation or radio remote control.
The HMF 2200-K is a high-strength loader crane with excellent access to high positions in narrow spaces. Its versatile operation modes include pure hook, grab, pallet fork or other equipment. The HMF 8520-K is a heavyweight crane, developed from the Thor crane and perfectly adapted to demanding lifting tasks – a flexible working tool with high lifting capacity, long reach and low tare weight.
