Hyva sets new landmark producing its 500,000th hydraulic telescopic cylinder
Amsterdam, 26 October 2007- Hyva Group (“Hyva”), the global provider of lifting and tipping systems to the commercial vehicle industry, today announced the production of its 500,000th hydraulic telescopic cylinder. Hyva’s production has grown impressively over recent years. By 2002, 16 years after the inauguration of its first production facility Hyva had rolled out over 200,000 cylinders. Now only five years later the total has reached 500,000 cylinders, the vast majority of which are still in working order today.
With manufacturing facilities in Germany, China, Brazil and India, Hyva is committed to serving the global demands of the commercial vehicle industry from as near to local markets as possible. As a result of recent acquisitions Hyva’s current production capacity is near to 200,000 cylinders per annum, making Hyva the world leader in telescopic front end cylinder production.
